What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? ▼
Standard MOQ is 100 pcs per style for stock products. For OEM / custom orders, MOQ starts from 500 pcs. Samples are available from 1 pc.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders? ▼
Yes. We provide pre-production samples within 5–7 business days. Sample charges are typically refundable against bulk orders over 500 pcs.
What is the lead time for bulk orders? ▼
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days depending on quantity and customization. Rush orders (20–25 days) may be available for select stock items.
What payment terms do you accept? ▼
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C at sight, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment.
Can you do custom colors and branding? ▼
Absolutely. We support full OEM including custom colors (RAL/Pantone), branded packaging, custom logo printing or engraving, and bespoke dimensions.
Which ports do you ship from? ▼
We primarily ship from Ningbo Port (2 hours away) and Shanghai Port (3 hours). We can also arrange air freight for urgent small orders.
